We’re hiring Experienced Project Manager (Freelance)

What do we do?

For 20+ years we have been improving customer experience for companies in B2B, B2C, and public organisations. We design services, marketing strategies, and successful brands, and create websites, e⁠⁠-⁠⁠commerce, and other digital products so they generate revenue and achieve long⁠-⁠term goals for clients. We are a team of analysts, researchers, designers, marketers, developers, and project managers. We build on data and research, not assumptions. That's what gives our work meaning — for clients and for us.

What awaits you here?

You'll be responsible for just a handful of projects so you can dedicate yourself to them fully. And you'll have team colleagues around you to learn a great deal from.

Your daily work will include:

• managing interesting digital projects (design, development, and growth of e⁠-⁠commerce websites like Nazuby.cz or lead⁠-⁠gen websites and applications such as for SAPELI, EG.D and others),
• regular consultations with clients and the internal team on research, data, CX, strategies, and solution proposals,
• communication and monitoring of project progress to keep things running smoothly and delivering results,
• sharing responsibility for major projects with the team.

To help you grow and become a true expert, your work will also include:

• specialising in a sector where you feel most at home (websites and applications, research and design, CX, marketing)
• the opportunity to contribute to key decisions and shape the direction of clients' businesses,
• moving towards product management on long⁠-⁠term projects, where you'll come up with new ideas and develop strategies to advance clients' businesses.

What do we expect from you?

• you have experience with project management in a digital agency and with leading digital projects,
• you're familiar with e⁠-⁠commerce, CX, UX, CRO, data, research, development, and marketing,
• communication is your strong suit,
• you can work under pressure, take ownership of a project, and can be relied upon,
• you can analyse problems and find solutions (none will seem unsolvable to you),
• you can come up with innovations, consult on solutions, and move clients forward,
• you're familiar with methodologies (we appreciate knowledge of IPMA, PRINCE2, Scrum standards, etc.) and project management terminology and can apply them.
• if you can not only take care of the projects themselves but also nurture the client and proactively manage the development of their products and services, that's definitely a plus.

What we offer

First and foremost:

• freelance contract for 30–⁠40 hours per week, 
• a fair salary – monthly pay of 60,000–85,000 CZK,
• offices in central Prague (near I. P. Pavlova square) or Brno (near Lužánky), both dog⁠-⁠friendly.
