I chose Proof & Reason deliberately – I wanted to design services and products backed by data, not gut feelings. I wanted to work on long⁠-⁠term projects, iterate on them and turn them into tools that people actually want to use. After just one year, I knew I had made the right choice.

You reach out
Reply to one of our open positions or write to us at prace@proofreason.com. If you include a few lines about yourself, a CV or a LinkedIn link, that's a bonus.

We get acquainted
In the first meeting you’ll talk with the team lead. You’ll discuss expectations, experience and how you see your role in the team.

We get to know each other better
In the second meeting we’ll introduce you to more colleagues and discuss your experience in more detail. For junior developer and CX/UX positions we have a task prepared so we can see how you approach a given challenge.

Do we shake on it?
We’ll give you a concrete offer, which we’ll sit down and discuss together. If we shake on it, we’ll bring you into the team and walk you through onboarding.

Team meetups

We regularly hold team meetups where in a single afternoon we share the freshest experiences and knowledge, not just from projects.

Feedback and space for your own opinion

Team calls, stand-ups on projects, retrospectives and day-to-day feedback within teams are a regular part of our work. We talk openly and we care about everyone’s opinion.

Working hours to suit your preferences

It doesn’t matter when we start or finish. With freedom comes responsibility. What matters are completed tasks and deadlines.
